ANZ Premiership: The Australian goal magically divided Caitlin Bassett.

Australian netball star Caitlin Bassett will not return to the Vatico Bay of Plenty spell for the 2022 ANZ Premiership season.

Bassett endured a challenging season in New Zealand, with Magic winning just one of his 15 games to finish last.

He fired at a high percentage, converting 474 goals with 518 attempts (92%), but was hampered by an ongoing knee injury.

Playing netball in New Zealand has been one of the best experiences of my career. The culture of magic was very good and although we did not get the desired results, I was very happy to play with the girls every week.
