Delicious winter salad: roasted broccoli and cabbage.
Roasting brassicas gives them a brand new, delicious flavor profile. Toss them with juicy green olive and creamy mustard sauce and this combination is a sense of flavor.

Roasted broccoli and cabbage with Disney dressing.
1 head of broccoli, cut into flowers and stalk pieces.
1 cup cabbage flowers.
2-3 tablespoons neutral tasting oil.
The abundance of sea salt.
Small pinch pepper flakes.
Small flag Fresh flat leaf parsley.
3 cups green Sicilian olives, pitted and chopped.
2 tablespoons capers.
4 tablespoons olive oil.
1 clove garlic, crushed.
Pinch sea salt
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar.
1 pile of mustard seeds.

Preheat the oven to 200C. Spread broccoli and cabbage on a roasting tray. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper flakes and fennel seeds. Just fry with some roasted edges until cooked through – about 15-20 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl.
Finely chop the parsley and add to the bowl with the olives and capers.
Mix all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl until emulsified. Taste and customize.
Add the dressing to the bowl and toss gently. Garnish with extra parsley.
