September 14 to October 11. At Dina Wood Fried, Chef Joe Friday’s menu will include food inspired by his international culinary career and reared in North Carolina, such as wooden oysters, Sunday Super Fried Chicken, Hush Puppies, Jambaliya and freshly baked apple pie.
