Murder suspect Sandy Graham, of Ottawa, was photographed in June last year.
A man accused of killing a woman has been shot and buried in a shallow grave and has been released on bail.
Sandy Marie Graham allegedly killed a man who was last seen alive in Ottawa, 40 kilometers northwest of Anwar Kargil.
Police found his body about a month later, buried in a shallow grave in the hills near the city.
Graham will go to trial in June next year.
He was released on bail by Justice David Gandell after a hearing in Christchurch High Court last week.
Graham will have to abide by a series of conditions, including that he must live in support accommodation at the North Island address, consult and abide by the curfew. It will also be monitored electronically.
Graham is not allowed to possess or use alcohol, drugs or firearms, and is barred from contacting his co-accused George Ivor Hyde, who is accused of aiding and abetting the murder.
The judge also ordered that the name of the victim be suppressed.
